Nigerian student, Godwin Ayogu murdered in Ghana

A Nigerian student in his early 20s, Godwin Ayogu, studying in Ghana has been murdered by unknown Gunmen.
Details are still sketchy but reports claim his body was found by the roadside on Wednesday February 19th after been missing for about 24 hours.
Until his death, Godwin – who is the first son of his parents – was a 300 level student of Social Sciences at the University of Cape Coast in Ghana. Friends claim Godwin had been planning to return to Nigeria to spend time with his family before his gruesome murder. His last tweet reads thus “Got to make peace with that irreplaceable woman; my mum…got to do it sooner rather than later!” Although the Ghanaian police are allegedly investigating the case, many of his friends fear the case will be swept under the carpet so they had to reach out to the Nigerian media.
